Students of five countries will be paired and will work together to develop a website for a new brand collecting five tourist agencies composed of students and operating online. Students have to plan , organize and realize tours of their tettitories, promote local culture, support sustainable way of travelling, develop marketing solutions. These activities will boost their problem solving and critical thinking skills, and improve social entrepreneurship and innovation. Disadvantaged people will be inbcluded in the organization and realization of the project. for italy a collaboration with a group of autistic young people is already started. they acted as tourist guides for students during an italian Nord-Sud exchange.
The students will learn how to develop and update a website.They will learn how to create a leading brand. They will learn how to respect sustainability standards. They become aware of inclusion and social equality while planning and working with disadvantaged people. They develop cooperative abilities working in both national and international groups. They develop social entrepreneurship skills.They become more aware of their cultures and explore their territories, learning how to promote them.
Students will be internationally paired over the lifetime of the project. Couples work in international groups. The project will start approximately in April 2019, with activities aimed to building teams and mutual knowledge. Starting from October 2019 students will work weekly, according to different school calendars. teachers will be in touch with emails, appear.in, skype and a dedicated whatsapp group.
